Im very old school, I expect to work while keeping my girlfriend and daughter in a lifestyle. If she wants to work, its her choice and not expected.
As for first date, depends on the situation.
Before now, we meet up paying for ourselves as friends would.
Your meeting as friends so why not? If something develops so be it. First date is to see if youre even going to like each other, not live together death do us part. I want an equal not a sponge or doormat and first date shows a lot into a girls intentions.
