Mainly the effects (layer usage effects) and the placement of all the options. I guess it depends on what you are using it for if you can tell any difference or not.

I use Paint.NET and MsPaint... grr, I really need some new stuff. I might get Correl paint or something because I'm getting a tablet soon.
