ohhhh I am well overdue mine, I am so frightened about going, I have made a couple of appointments in the past and always cancelled them. I know how important it is to have it done, but I just cannot make myself go. I cannot even grab enough courage to get someone else to even come to the appointment with me. I feel totally trapped because I want to get it all checked out but I cannot do it grrr
