Beijing Feb.17 (xinhuanet) -- Pop singer Victoria Beckham, wife of footballer David Beckham, and other women celebrities have been photographed nude for a book whose sales will help raise money for an AIDS charity.
The former Spice Girl, 30, was photographed in the early stages of her pregnancy wearing a pair of Jimmy Choo high heels and Cartier jewellery for the April issue.
