This is something I always whip up when I'm hungry in the middle of the night. And yup, not so healthy at all.
Cheesy Onion Scrambled Eggs
3 eggs (or you could tone it down, ahaha)
1 and a half of an onion, chopped
half a cup of grated cheddar
salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce and milk
butter for sauteing
Mix together the 3 eggs in a bowl. Add in a dash of salt and pepper, about half a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon of milk.
In a pan, heat some butter and saute the chopped onions. When softened (but not caramelized, unless you want them to be), add in the egg mixture and the grated cheddar. Mix well and wait until cooked.
