Quick Peanut Butter Cookies1 cup peanut butter1 cup sugar1 eggMix the three ingredients together well. Let sit for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 375. Shape the dough into a ball. Pinch off pieces and roll into 1" balls. Place on cookie sheet 1" apart. Press down with a fork. Bake in the oven for 9 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove from oven and let sit for a minute. Remove from pan and cool on a cooling rack.
