Hi fastchaz,I don't know what I can say to cheer you up, just that you're not alone out there.It's the hardest job in the world being a mum, especially when you're dealing with the kids 24/7.For me with my oldest I keep chanting to myself only 5 more years .We always 'jokingly' say when you're 18 you're out the door. I suppose you could start chanting one more term, one more term. Take care of yourself, and keep an eye on your bad days. I suffered PND so I know how important it is to keep an eye on yourself and how your feeling. Tia
