Uhm, I think that happened to me once. The employee at community center near my house touched my butt when we said goodbye! She didn't say a word, I was 20 years old back then and she did it when she saw my mom wasn't looking. It was really creepy and in that moment I didn't know why she did that or that doing that it wasn't appropriate at all. This woman was 46 or something like that. I later told my mom and she was shocked. I asked her if that was common or appropriate and she said it wasn't. That woman kept asking my dad every time she saw him when I was going to the community center again. Super creepy, if you ask me.
