I have no problem doing handbuilt projects, in fact I'm quite good at them. But I've had many problems on the wheel. First, I'm too short so I have to use boxes under my feet or I can't center the clay. Second, Everytime I try to make a plate it collapses or is off center. The assignment is due in two days! And I have a plate and a cylinder to make! *sigh* I fell better now.

hehe kreestar. U know what? It shouldn't matter if ur plates are off centre.... it makes it unique!!!!!!

I would love to do some pottery. Letting me loose with clay would prove VERY messy indeedy!!! :devil: :lol:

odd plates and wheel creations are the best!
but if you want to make it "normal" start your wheel very very slowly. make sure your hands are wet.
