I like to keep my house as germ free as possible, but can't use bleach.   Both my daughter and I have very sensitive skin, easily irritated by the least bit of bleach or other harsh chemical.   Instead, I dilute isopropyl alcohol in water and spray on hard surfaces.  The alcohol helps sanitize without causing skin irritations.
