One of the girls in my baby group had a friend studying this, as part of her finals she had to run a 4 session group and we were lucky enough to learn it for nothing.All the girls were only around 3 to 4mths at the time, and most seemed to enjoy it.I used it a few times on my bubs tummy for constipation, tummy pain. :flower:
