Exercise is a good remedy

    Sitting at a computer for long stretches of time can be unhealthy and painful. The best remedy is to get up and move around at regular intervals. Also, do some stretching. Start slowly and gently then work up to more intense stretching. Really stretch those muscles out. It makes a big difference.
