Okay, I feel really ridiculous asking this at all... But will it negatively affect me if I don't eat breakfast at all? I mean, I know that sounds ridiculous. But I have jazz band at 6:30 on most days and at 7:00 when I'm lucky. I basically roll out of bed wearing what I plan to wear that day, brush my teeth and head out the door. No time for breakfast. I also take Methylphedidate, Gaunfacine, and Prozac... So, I don't know.. should I be eating when I take those pills, or what? Usually I just chug some vitamin water along with them >[ Hmm... I don't know. Just wondering.
