Click on "New Topic/Add Reply" (depending on whether you are starting a brand new message or replying to an existing message)

Type your message

Scroll down the page a bit until you see

Click on "browse"

Search your computer for the file you want to upload onto the forum

Click once on the file

Click on "open"

Click on "Upload" (pictured below)

Click on "Add Reply"
