that is just horrible! i used to know a lady who lived next door to another lady who was just watching her son drown a cat in the birdbath. i'm talking about a toddler btw. and the lady was laughing   that lady was not fit to raise a child. and she will be the one complaing about how she doesn't feel safe because here son is 'uncontrollable' and 'dangerous' etc.... i shed a silent tear
