You should never have nightmares hun...noone deserves to go through anything like that...even men can be abused in their own homes by their other halves...its just a total powertrip by the person that dishes out the abuse because they are not happy about themselves and they feel weak and so have to prove to themselves that they are not weak,but tough..well my ex found out that after I took all my power back from him...I was stronger(not strength wise)then he will ever be.

If anyone needs to talk about their experiences,please feel free to pm me...I have no problems talking about it as it does not effect me anymore as I realised if I let it,then my ex will still have control over me and there is no way Im letting him have that pleasure...that is for me now.
