I have been wanting to try out water kefir. I wanted to make my own, but was having a hard time finding the culture locally so I forgot about it. Thanks for bringing it back to the front of my mind. My favorite drinks:--water--green tea with pomegranate juice--chai tea latte (hot)--passion tea (hot and cold)--miscellaneous tea flavors except Earl Grey
