Papier Mache * 8 tablespoons of flour * 150ml (1/4 pint) water * NewspaperMethodMix the flour and water into a nice thick icky glue. Dip the strips of newspaper in the mix, and squeeze out the excess, then apply to your frame.Your frame could be a blown up balloon, or an empty bottle or can, or any disposable container.For a mash variation, soak the newspaper for 24 hours, then boil, stirring unto a pulp. Cool, strain, add pva glue and wallpaper paste. Mix well.When you've covered your container, and your work has completely dried out, you can use poster paints to decorate it or attach other decorations to it, and seal it using clear varnish or shellac.
