Maybe you want one of each  It sounds like you want to keep it pretty modest, which I do think is a good idea. Being able to hide a tattoo may come in handy when you are in the workplace. I have a tattoo on my hip and on the back of my shoulder blade. Both are unique and easy to cover up. When I was 18 I kind of went crazy wit piercings. I got my tongue, nose, and belly button pierced. I am 25 now and have since removed the tongue and nose piercing. I still have the hole in my belly button, but don't always wear jewelry there.
