Sometimes the body has had enough and I haven't had a migraine for ages, but one decided to show up! I don't like taking medication and it doesn't help so I use tiger balm, hydrate and then try to sleep it off and breathe in fresh air.


As much as I try to ignore it, it just makes things worse and I end up making mistakes, so I think it's my body saying slow day and relax, or try to. I'm not sure what brought it on, a mixture of stress and anxiety perhaps?
