I really enjoy when it's Fall because I love having mugs of soup. To be honest I wish I could hold my hand up and say I make my own, but usually it's from a packet or can, but I add my own twist to it with other vegetable and croutons.One day I will make make my own soup, I've done it before, but sometimes I just want to have a small bowl and it's more economical to make a big batch. That's my reasoning, and as I am single I have no family to farm it out to.My favorite is a corn chowder and potato and leek soup. Any good and easy recipes for these?
