I don't like high heels.  They are uncomfortable to me and I am already 5'11" so with any kind of heel, I am taller then everybody lol! Only time I wore high heels besides a wedding was a couple times to work when I was a cocktail server in a casino.  It hurt my feet so bad! I immediately bought flats and was glad I didn't work for the casino in Atlantic City that requires their girls to wear 3 inch heels, I would have had to quit. 

 

I was talking with many of the girls at the casino that required heels as it was my favorite casino.  I asked them how they wore the heels everyday as I know being a cocktail server you are constantly walking quickly on a barely carpeted floor and a no carpet floor your hole shift.  They said that they were in a lot of pain and that they were all getting bunions too.  These were not boots, they were required to wear dress shoes with heels that made them look "sexy" as it was all part of being a cocktail server.  I was so glad the casino I worked in allowed us to wear flats
