I've had a few people in retail be really rude to me before. Whenever this happens I always go out of my way to get the manage and explain the situation and how offended I am. Sometimes if it is bad enough the employee gets fired. I have also worked in retail when I was younger and never been rude to anyone. Some people just don't deserve their jobs.
