Postnatal And Periods...

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know when your period is meant to start after giving birth? Alexander is 10 weeks old now and I had been breastfeeding upto him being 8 weeks old. I do know that with breastfeeding periods don't show up for a while but I am beginning to wonder if the dreaded monthlies will turn up anytime soon?

By way I am not complaining! LOL!

I could forever do without them!

It can take months, and because you've breastfed it will probably take longer, I've known people not get their period until like 9 months after giving birth, unfortunately I was never that lucky
