The Omega 3,6,9 at walmart that comes in the green bottle also has flaxseed and Barage Oil in it. Which may also be what helps. I am happy to spread the word to any female young or old about this miracle. I wish I knew years ago. I don't even need Midol anymore. Now if they can make something that slows down the bleeding part..... now that would be perfect.
