Tehehehe.
Well, this morning I had work then went to sea cadet prizegiving (friendliest cadet and most efficient cadet!) then came home, slept and now I'll be studying later and tomorrow I'll be studying, studying and studying, eating, studying and .... yeah.
OMG I'M GONNA DIE. I have classics exam on monday, history on tuesday and then french and statistics on thursday. All my other friends have their exams spread over 2 weeks with time to study (/cram
) but I don't. At least they're all over and done with fast right? Right. And then science scholarship exam on the 9th of december. Joy of joys.
You know what is amusing (and kind of pitiable)? Queen Elizabeth I sent a force to France in 1562 (Le Havre, to be exact) to help out some Protestant huguenots who were being picked on by Catholics. The English get there and the Catholics and Protestants make up and promptly attack the English. Hah! Gutted! So, clearly, patriotism is stronger than religion. Because France and England were enemies until the reign of Charles I (acutally, that is a guess). He made piece with the French in 1629 and the Spanish in 1630, thereby removing England from an expensive war.
Ok, I'll stop. I'll be alright for history, right? Right.
