Photoshop image resize is basicly the same as any other program that uses resizing so i would just stick with photoshop instead of installing another program on your computer to do the same thing that photoshop does, but maybe if you say what problem your having i will be able to aid you in doing it a different way.. *shrugs* all depends what yer problemo is  hehe
