As some of you have probably read, I went for a neck, shoulder & back massage yesterday to help with my neck pain.Have any of you ever had this type of massage or do these massages? Or know anything about them? I'm wondering if it's normal that your bones "crack" so much afterwards?! It's such a horrid sound!!!!!! Also, do any of you know what is and what causes a "nodule" in the back? Apparently I have a huge one below my right shoulder blade. She worked it really hard and for ages, I can feel it today
