They are totally not respecting your rights as a worker.First of all, Snowy is right - what you're doing and where you're going during breaks is none of their business. Second of all, your back wouldn't have even been injured if they hadn't placed you on tills..now, I don't know a lot about your laws, but I believe that's injury at work..an injury caused by work. They have to allow you medical leave and if you're not capable to work on tills anymore, they are obligated to shift you where you can work..and they're supposed to pay your medical treatment, and are not allowed to fire you...Sooo...don't think you should have any troubles if you tell them this...search your laws a bit.
