I'm also 23 and I know what you mean. People always say I look younger than I am! People think im usually 17 or 18. I even got carded for buying lottery tickets once! I guess it can be looked at as a good thing, but it is frusterating to constantly  be given the stink eye when your at a bar or anything. People think your too young, and you're not! I feel you pain!
