Not knowing for sure what heartburn or indigestion feels like, I thought I'd describe symptoms, and see what you guys think?

For the past couple of weeks each time I eat:

I feel sick, it's like there's sick sitting at the bottom of my throat, between my shoulderbladey bits.

I feel overly full even though I may not have eaten much.... not like me, I'm always hungry!!

Once the full feeling subsides, I'm left with another sicky feeling right at the bottom of my breastbone, in that opening between the ribs? Pressing on it makes me feel like I'm pushing sicky upwards... 

I know it's not very helpful  have any of you felt this? Know what it may be?I have a doctors appointment tmor, should I mention it? I feel kinda stoopid
