I couldn't agree with you more! I have always told myself that if I am no longer happy in a situation then I would most definitely remove myself from it. My happiness comes first before anything else. I am glad to hear that you took a stand, and decided to remove yourself from a predicament that didn't allow you to continue on with your happiness. I know that you will miss everyone but moving on doesn't necessarily mean that you have to forget the people in your past. You can always meet with them for dinner, lunch, movies, shopping etc. Good luck, and I wish you the best!
