If you're curious, then your body mass index (BMI) gives an indication whether you're at a healthy weight for your height.


There are calculators on the internet (just search for bmi+calculator).

To do it manually, for metric it's your weight in kg divided by your height in metres squared. It's a different calculation for imperial but I couldn't find it.


If the number you get is:

Below 18.5, Underweight.

18.5 – 24.9, Normal.

25.0 – 29.9, Overweight.

30.0 and Above, Obese
