I'm not a big fan of summer either. I kind of like summer evenings when it's starting to cool off and the fireflies are coming out, but nasty hot summer afternoons? Bleh! I'm miserable when it's above 80 degrees outside. I'm 100% an autumn person. I like it best when there's just a slight nip in the air and the trees are colorful.
