Omg I totally understand how you feel. Well maybe not exactly but when I was younger I used to feel like that. I used to feel like that with every animal I saw lonely. But it seems with you, it is only this puppy. Have you tried talking to your mom about it. Telling your mom how you feel maybe she might think about it.
