I'm somewhere in between. But sometimes I get so frustrated when my room is messy and I just CAN'T.. If ya know what I mean.I don't really have any tips to share but I suggest you just put things away that you don't use/want anymore. I always saved the things that I don't even use anymore, and that made my room VERY messy. But now that I've thrown away all the junks, it's a little bit more organized xD.
