This might sound like a really silly question, but believe me when I tell you that I have met people who either showered too often or not often enough ( not like I mind at all those who shower very often!).To answer my own question... I shower daily! Yes, everyone has different needs, for me showering daily even during winter is a must because my hair tends to get oily.
