That is too funny.  I buy undies whenever I feel that I need them.  I really only buy new undies once every few years or so.  I have about a dozen pairs, so they don't wear out too quickly because I don't wear the same ones over and over.  I also don't always buy them at the same place or the same time of year.  If I see a good sale, have some extra cash and I notice that I need some new undies, then I will pick some up.
