So sorry for your loss, after my grandma died I also felt so odd for quite a bit, but don't worry; most people get their stuff back together after a bit.  You just need to face your pain as much as you can, don't try to hide it, just face it.. cry as much as you want. Talk about it, express yourself... don't bottle it up, it makes matters worse, believe me.

I don't know if you are religious or not, but probably our grandmothers are somewhere very nice, watching over us... you know?  After my grandma died, some weeks after that, I could smell her perfume... it was sneaking out from the other room.  Call me crazy, but I could swear I could feel her presence and that was a clear sign (to me) that everything was going to be ok and that there might be a big chance there is more to life and death than we know.

By the way... it was odd for me to smell her fragrance,  because many years had passed since the last time she was in that house, and no one in that house used that fragrance; it smelled like roses and was so strong!
