What are some little things you do for yourself to perk up a bad day? I like putting one of my favourite movies on and giving myself a manicure, or making tea and spending some time reading. Going to the gym and working out hard for an hour or so helps me feel better if I'm really stressing out too. Buying myself a new makeup product or going to the mall to try on pretty dresses is another thing that always cheers me up, even if I don't end up leaving with any new outfits. For me it's all about distracting myself so I can take a step back from whatever is bothering me. I find that once I've taken a bit of a break and relaxed, it's easier to approach a problem with a fresh outlook
