Hopefully, you never started, so you never had to stop. I was a dumb kid who smoked, because it was "cool." Well, at the time, we didn't know nearly as much about it as we do now. I'm glad kids are being educated on the dangers these days.
I've tried nearly every smoking cessation product, but I never thought I'd be able to quit after having smoked for so long. I finally gave up cigarettes. I can't say I'm completely off nicotine just yet, since I'm using vaping to quit, but I'm happy to say that I haven't had a cigarette in two months.
Have you quit smoking or are you trying to? What works for you?
