I agree with Jessi, it seems like you're both into each other. I know that starting a new relationship is scary, and it can be confusing to know whether or not the guy actually likes you, especially now a days. But the problem that arises here is that nothing will ever progress if you don't help it along. If he holds your hand and tickles you, then he's into you. What you need to do now is show him that you're into him before he misreads your confusion and thinks that you don't like him. I think you should make a move, or at least be playful back without being too forward. And I definitely think that you should keep us posted
