hey everyone well my best friend is going to be a shower for halloween

rite and so my mom rite when i told her this was like hey u can be a rubber ducky lol so thats wat im doing like my custome?????????ANd hey does anyone know where to find a ducky outfit???

I'm not sure how her friend is doing it, but i've seen people do it in the past. They basically run light weight sticks up their sides and attach them to a hula hoop above their head. Then attach a shower curtain to the hula hoop.
