Hi gals!  I must admit that my eating habits aren't so healthy right now, mostly because I can't seem to be able to give up the whites, specially the darn sugar, but I'm trying really hard to reduce my daily sugar intake.  I indulge a little too much during the weekends, because... well, it's really hard not to eat what you like without going crazy!


What I do now is fill myself up with some protein and whole carbs!  No processed ones during the weekend (at least not too much).  One of my favorite snacks is avocado.  What I do with the avocado is to cut it in half, then I add some lemon juice to each half and some soy sauce.  I eat this with a spoon!  It's a very simple and neat snack :)  I actually have this for dinner sometimes, so filling!
