That used to be my favorite part of the holiday. I would get so dressed up. I'd wear the hottest dress I could find, a great pair of heels, maybe even a swanky hat. I used to love dressing up, but I don't really get the chance much these days. What's your favorite time of year to shop for clothes? Do you plan to buy a special outfit or dress for New Year's Eve?
