I've been getting highlights in my hair for many years now. My hairdressers always recommend getting it professionally done rather than box dye to keep hair strong and healthy. In my case, my hair is blonde, so box dying is extra dangerous. Since my hair is something I see everyday and so does everyone else, I choose to pay more for quality even if it is a little more expensive!
