A word of warning about braces, the back ones that go all the way around your tooth have collapsed 3 out of 4 of my molars. One tooth was destroyed to the point of having it removed, 2 have had large fillings and the last one at the moment is ok.They are the only teeth I've ever had trouble with, they just started breaking from the pressure of the brace.
