According to the tab, the deal includes the following caveats: The rooms on either side of Spears' opulent birthing chamber will remain vacant; the room will be filled with white and yellow roses; the food (probably read: chicken fingers) will be catered; and all nurses attending the birth will be subject to background checks.In other words, the nurses will be screened much more rigorously than Spears' husband.
