Okay, so it's this boy in my class, I really like him a lot but I think he likes this other girl. I even caught them hugging once!

But what I'm confused about is that he seems to want to get to know me more. He talks to me more and even sits by me sometimes.

Should I make a move on him or what???

Play it cool and take control. The question is do you like him and want to get to know him better? He maybe be friendly or keeping all his options open. A public hug doesn't mean much as most classmates hug one another if they know each other.
