Oh Lottie! The single best kitchen appliance I had when Joey was starting real food was a food processor. I did all his foods in the processor. (I actually wore mine out) Once my maternity leave was over I used to spend Sundays cooking and freezing everything in ice cube trays. I would then wrap everything well in freezerbags and had a weeks worth of food ready to go.
